Well it looks like the Marathon is out for March and the Red Top Rumble in February is definitely out.I just can’t seem to shake this nagging knee issue, but I am still holding out hope to be able to at least do the Half Marathon for my birthday.
I may have to break down and go to the doctor, but I know for a fact that they will want to cut on both of my knees and I really want to do everything I can to avoid that if possible.
So Frustrating.

I tried to avoid surgery once. When I finally decided go go ahead with it, I was lying on the operating table and this nurse ask, "How old are you son?" I said, "21," She said, "If you went to FBHS, then you would know my boy Lance Martin." Me: "YEAH!!!!" I said all enthusiastically. At the moment I realized my boys mom was looking at my privates, the anesthesiologist looked at me and said, "Good NIGHT!"
Man, if you do have surgery, I hope you can avoid such horrors!:)
